حسابي الخاص1-2-8- In 2022, the University of Souk Ahras worked to pay at least a local living wage to all employees and faculty members, amounting to more than 20,000 DZD, in line with the Algerian laws specifying the minimum wage guaranteed by 2022.
2-2-8- In 2022, the University of Souk Ahras guaranteed recognition of workers’ rights and guaranteed freedom of association and collective bargaining, in implementation of the labor laws in effect in the State of Algeria before 2022.
3-2-8- In 2022, the University of Souk Ahras included an employment policy regarding non-discrimination in the workplace on the basis of religion, gender or age, in respect of Article 1.2.2 of the University Charter.
4-2-8- In 2022, the University of Souk Ahras committed itself to combating forced labor, modern slavery, human trafficking, and child labor, in implementation of the United Nations charters that Algeria signed.
5-2-8- In 2022, the University of Souk Ahras implemented a policy to guarantee equal rights for workers when outsourcing activities, by preparing books of conditions that respect the guaranteed minimum wage, in implementation of the labor laws in effect in Algeria before 2022, and in application of the principles of the university’s charter.

6-2-8- In 2022, and before and after that, the University of Souk Ahras followed an equality policy regarding wages, whereby every male/female employee in the same grade, rank, and position receives the same wage, in application of Algerian labor laws and in application of the principles of the university’s charter.

1-4-8- The number of students at Souk Ahras University in 2022 reached 11,080 students, of whom 208 students benefited from training for more than a month.
1-5-8- The number of employees at Souk Ahras University in 2022 reached 1,207 employees, including 1,207 employees working on contracts lasting more than 24 months
1-2-8- عملت جامعة سوق أهراس سنة 2022 على دفع أجور معيشية محلية على الأقل لجميع الموظفين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، والتي تبلغ أكثر من 20000 دج، بما يتماشى مع القوانين الجزائرية المحددة للأجر الأدنى المضمون من قبل 2022.
2-2-8- ضمنت جامعة سوق أهراس سنة 2022 الاعتراف بحقوق العمال وضمان حرية تكوين الجمعيات والمفاوضة الجماعية، تطبيقا لقوانين العمل سارية المفعول في دولة الجزائر من قبل 2022.
3-2-8- ضمنت جامعة سوق أهراس سنة 2022 سياسة التوظيف بشأن عدم التمييز في أماكن العمل على أساس الدين أو الجنس أو السن، احتراما للمادة 1.2.2 من ميثاق الجامعة.

4-2-8- التزمت جامعة سوق أهراس سنة 2022 بالتزام بمكافحة العمل القسري والعبودية الحديثة والاتجار بالبشر وعمالة الأطفال، تطبيقا لمواثيق الامم المتحدة التي امضتها الجزائر.

5-2-8- طبقت جامعة سوق أهراس سنة 2022 سياسة لضمان حقوق متكافئة للعمال عند الاستعانة لمصادر خارجية للأنشطة، عن طريق إعداد دفاتر شروط تحترم الحد الأدنى المضمون للأجور، تطبيقا لقوانين العمل سارية المفعول بالجزائر من قبل 2022، وتطبيقا لمبادئ ميثاق الجامعة.

6-2-8- اتبعت جامعة سوق أهراس سنة 2022 ، وما قبلها وما بعدها، سياسة مساواة بشأن الأجور، حيث يأخذ كل موظف/موظفة في نفس الدرجة والرتبة والمنصب من نفس الأجر، تطبيقا لقوانين العمل الجزائرية وتطبيقا لمبادئ ميثاق الجامعة.
