حسابي الخاص1-3-5- In 2022, the university worked to accept all applications submitted to it within the framework of its policy based on providing a free service of an educational and developmental nature, and this is what makes it accept 100% of women’s applications for admission, as well as men’s applications.
2-3-5- In 2022, Souk Ahras University worked to support women’s access to the university, and this is confirmed by the statistics that show that the majority of university students are female, and that the number of female professors approaches from year to year that of male professors, as the following table shows:

4-3-5- The University of Souk Ahras worked in 2022 to encourage women to help and encourage women to submit applications in subjects that have less representation, as women constitute the majority of the population of all colleges, even technical colleges. (See 5-4-1)
1-4-5- There will be 176 senior academic employees at the University of Souk Ahras in 2022, including 46 females.

1-6-5- In 2022, the University of Souk Ahras implemented a policy of non-discrimination against women by opening the door to nominations for all leadership positions in respect of the Algerian Labor Law, and Article No. 03 of the University’s Charter of Professional Ethics and Ethics, established in 2021.

3-6-5- In 2022, Souk Ahras University worked to support the participation of women mothers by providing a maternity leave of 98 days, or the equivalent of 14 weeks, during which she is compensated with 100% of the wage subject to contributions. The mother or student employee then returns to her job or teaching position.

8-6-5- In 2022, the University of Souk Ahras provided an opportunity to report any violations to students and employees, and provided protection for them from discrimination and deprivation of job and educational opportunities, through the Professional Ethics Committee, which monitors and reports violations, as mentioned in (Article 1.3.2) . From the University’s Charter of Ethics and Ethics.
1-3-5- عملت الجامعة سنة 2022 على قبول كل الطلبات المقدمة لها في اطار سياستها القائمة على توفير خدمة مجانية ذات طابع تعليمي تنموي، وهذا ما يجعلها تقبل 100% من طلبات النساء للالتحاق بها، وكذلك طلبات الرجال.
2-3-5- عملت جامعة سوق أهراس سنة 2022 على دعم وصول النساء للجامعة وهذا ما تؤكده الاحصائيات التي توضح أن أغلب طلبة الجامعة من الاناث، وأن عدد الاستاذات يقترب من عام لآخر من الاساتذة الرجال كما يوضحه الجدول التالي:

4-3-5- عملت الجامعة سوق أهراس سنة 2022 على تشجيع النساء على مساعدة وتشجيع النساء على تقديم طلبات في موضوعات تحظى بتمثيل أقل، حيث أن النساء يشكلن أغلب تعداد كل الكليات، حتى الكليات التقنية. (أنظر 5-4-1)

1-6-5- طبقت جامعة سوق أهراس سنة 2022 سياسة عدم التمييز ضد المرأة عن طريق فتح باب الترشح لجميع المناصب القيادية احتراما لقانون العمل الجزائري، وللمادة رقم 03 من ميثاق آداب واخلاقيات المهنة للجامعة الموضوع سنة 2021.

3-6-5- عملت جامعة سوق اهراس سنة 2022 على دعم مشاركة المرأة الأم عن طريق توفير عطلة أمومة تبلغ مدتها 98 يوما أو ما يكافئ 14 أسبوعا، يتم تعويضها فيها بنسبة 100% من الأجر الخاضع للاشتراكات. تعود بعدها الموظفة الأم أو الطالبة لمنصبها الوظيفي أو البيداغوجي.

8-6-5- وفرت جامعة سوق أهراس سنة 2022 فرصة للتبليغ عن أي تجاوزات للطلبة والموظفين، ووفرت حماية لهم من التمييز والحرمان من فرص اعمل والتعليم، عن طريق لجنة أخلاقيات المهنة التي تراقب التجاوزات وتبلغ عنها، والواردة في (المادة 1.3.2) من ميثاق أخلاقيات وآداب الجامعة.
