et vision<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9tudes et recherches sur le th\u00e8me des dangers majeurs dans toutes leurs dimensions permettent de mieux les prendre en charge par l\u2019ensemble des partenaires aux niveaux international et national, car ces \u00e9tudes et recherches sont le socle sur lequel se construisent les politiques internationales et nationales pour faire face \u00e0 ces dangers dans le cadre d\u2019une vision globale du d\u00e9veloppement durable. Ces \u00e9tudes et recherches sont aussi une source importante de proposition des moyens appropri\u00e9s de mise en \u0153uvre, d\u2019\u00e9valuation et de redressement de ces politiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A cet \u00e9gard, le \u2018Laboratoire d\u2019Etudes et de Recherches Juridiques \u00e0 la Lumi\u00e8re des Enjeux des Dangers Majeurs\u2019 a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour contribuer \u00e0 apporter une compr\u00e9hension approfondie de la question des dangers majeurs d\u2019une perspective juridique, en coop\u00e9ration avec tous les acteurs concern\u00e9s aux niveaux national et international, et de proposer le cadre juridique appropri\u00e9 \u00e0 cette question dans les diff\u00e9rents secteurs concern\u00e9s et ce, en concordance avec le contexte alg\u00e9rien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Presentation of the Laboratory, scope and vision<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studies and research on the theme of major dangers in all their dimensions allow for a better management of these dangers by all the stakeholders at international and national levels, because these studies and research are the foundation on which international and national policies are conceived within the framework of an overall vision of sustainable development.
