الملخص
يعد الاستثمار الأجنبي من أهم مصادر التمويل الخارجي الذي يساهم في دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للدولة، من خلال زيادة قدراتها الإنتاجية ورفع معدل النمو الاقتصادي فيها، وسنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة تحديد أهم الضمانات القانونية التي تقدمها الجزائر لاستقطاب الاسنثمارات الأجنبية والدور الذي يلعبه مبدأ الأمن القانوني كآلية لتحقيق الاستقرار القانوني في تكريس هذه الضمانات وطمأنة المستثمر الأجنبي وتشجيعه على الاستثمار في الجزائر.

Résumé:
L\'investissement étranger est l\'une des sources les plus importantes de financement extérieur qui contribue à faire avancer le développement économique et social de l\'État, en augmentant ses capacités productives et en augmentant le taux de croissance économique de celui-ci. les garanties juridiques les plus importantes fournies par l\'Algérie pour attirer les investissements étrangers et le rôle joué par le principe de la sécurité juridique, en tant que mécanisme pour parvenir à la stabilité juridique en consacrant ces garanties et en rassurant l\'investisseur étranger et en l\'encourageant à investir en Algérie.

abstract:
Foreign investment is one of the most important sources of external financing that contributes to advancing the economic and social development of the State, increasing its productive capacities and increasing its economic growth rate. the most important legal guarantees provided by Algeria to attract foreign investment and the role played by the principle of legal certainty, as a mechanism to achieve legal stability by enshrining these guarantees and reassuring the foreign investor and by encouraging it to invest in Algeria.
