November 06,2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are pleased to invite you to participate in this scientific event, which will bring together researchers, civil and hydraulic engineering experts, and industry professionals.<br>This gathering aims to foster collaboration between academic research and professional practice, addressing today\u2019s major challenges.<br>Special focus will be given to practical applications of artificial intelligence, such as the optimization of water network management, predictive structural modeling, automated infrastructure monitoring, and the analysis of climate data for urban planning.<br>The goal is to encourage the emergence of innovative solutions at the intersection of science and applied
