class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a scholarship offer to undertake a training program lasting at least seven (07) months, starting from June 1, 2026, in Beirut, under the supervision of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This program is intended for students and faculty members holding a Master\u2019s degree or higher in the following fields: economics, public policy, statistics, governance, and sustainable development, and who are not older than 35 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This program, funded at USD 4,000 per month, enables selected candidates to contribute to analytical activities and engage in regional-level thinking and decision-making processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Those interested in applying are invited to consult the attachments to this announcement to learn about the required application file and how to prepare it before submitting it to the offering body via the following email address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
