program for scientific, cultural, and sports activities established by the Directorate of Student Life in coordination with the National Office of University Services, we are pleased to announce the organization of two national university competitions, one cultural and one scientific, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>First \u2013 Cultural:<\/strong> The second edition of the National University Documentary Film Competition, organized by Salah Boubnider University Constantine 3, in coordination with Fr\u00e8res Mentouri University Constantine 1 and Constantine Ain El Bey University Services Directorate, from October 15 to November 26, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\" class=\"wp-block-file\"><object aria-label=\"PDF
