established by the Directorate of Student Life in coordination with the National Office of University Services, we are pleased to announce the organization of two national university scientific competitions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>First Competition:<\/strong> The third edition of the National University Competition for Positive Content Creation, under the theme <strong>\u201cThe Contribution of Digital Content to Promoting the Values of Citizenship and National Belonging,\u201d<\/strong> organized by M\u2019Hamed Bougara University of Boumerdes from October
