{"id":23493,"date":"2018-05-08T09:44:46","date_gmt":"2018-05-08T09:44:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.univ-soukahras.dz\/app\/?p=23493"},"modified":"2018-05-08T10:14:15","modified_gmt":"2018-05-08T10:14:15","slug":"mesdames-et-messieurs-les-chefs-des-laboratoires-de-recherche-a-propos-de-la-reorganisation-de-la-composante-humaine-des-laboratoires-de-recherche","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/univ-soukahras.dz\/en\/actualites\/mesdames-et-messieurs-les-chefs-des-laboratoires-de-recherche-a-propos-de-la-reorganisation-de-la-composante-humaine-des-laboratoires-de-recherche","title":{"rendered":"Mesdames et Messieurs Les Chefs Des Laboratoires de recherche: A propos de la R\u00e9organisation de la composante humaine des laboratoires de recherche"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Suite \u00e0 la restructuration de plusieurs laboratoires de recherche, nous avons l\u2019honneur de porter \u00e0 votre connaissance que toute r\u00e9organisation de la composante humaine des laboratoires de recherche doit \u00eatre soumise aux instances suivantes\u00a0: le conseil de laboratoire, le conseil scientifique de la facult\u00e9 ou institut, la sous direction de formation en troisi\u00e8me cycle, de l\u2019habilitation universitaire et de la recherche scientifique <span style=\"color: #993300;\">(PG)<\/span>, la direction de la recherche scientifique et de d\u00e9veloppement <span style=\"color: #993300;\">(Comit\u00e9 Sectoriel Permanent)<\/span>.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<strong>P<\/strong>ar ailleurs, nous vous rappelons que\u00a0:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3>\u00a0La p\u00e9riode d\u2019int\u00e9gration de nouveaux membres dans les \u00e9quipes est d\u00e9finie a<strong>u <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">d\u00e9but de chaque ann\u00e9e<\/span> universitaire<\/strong>, et elle ne peut \u00eatre adopt\u00e9e par la tutelle qu\u2019apr\u00e8s <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">le <strong>20 d\u00e9cembre de chaque ann\u00e9e<\/strong><\/span>.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3>Chaque laboratoire de recherche ne doit en aucun cas remplacer une \u00e9quipe de recherche par une autre sans l\u2019approbation du Comit\u00e9 Sectoriel Permanent apr\u00e8s avis de l\u2019organe scientifique habilit\u00e9 de son \u00e9tablissement de rattachement.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3>L\u2019int\u00e9gration des membres d\u2019un laboratoire au sein d\u2019autre laboratoire n\u00e9cessite la d\u00e9mission de ces membres <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>(la d\u00e9mission doit \u00eatre valid\u00e9e par toutes les instances suscit\u00e9es)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">La nouvelle composante humaine <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;
