color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">We have the honor to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received an offer from the Malaysian government under the<strong> Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP)<\/strong> for long-term scholarships (<strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">between 24 and 26 months<\/span><\/strong>) for the year 2024.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">This program is intended for Algerian students wishing to pursue Master&#8217;s studies at both public and private universities in Malaysia.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Candidates for this program must meet the following criteria:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hold a bachelor&#8217;s degree.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Be under the age of 45 on the day of application.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Have an English proficiency level of 6.0 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or a global score of 60 in the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;
