Construction permits are only granted to the university by the relevant authorities if the building plans meet these standards. The university, represented by the research laboratory <\/span><em style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Applications, Management, Maintenance, and Rehabilitation of Urban Infrastructure<\/em><span style=\"font-size: revert;
