Licence - Droit public

This course examines the rules of armed conflict, with a focus on the protection of persons and property during times of war. It also explores the limitations on the means and methods of warfare, as international humanitarian law strives to strike a balance between the principles of humanity and military necessity.

This module is titled "Foundations of the Public Law". It has to do with individual, group and peoples’ rights and freedoms. It aims at providing L3 students with detailed understanding of these elements.
