تهدف هذه المادة إلى معرفة أهم قواعد النزاعات المسلحة خاصة في ظل كثرتها وعدم احترام قواعدها، ومعرفة الأساليب الممكنة لضمان احترام هذا القانون الأكثر عرضت للانتهاك مقارنة بغيره من القوانين.
