Please follow the guidelines and use the provided templates for your abstract submission.
Submission Guidelines
- It should be written in a word format
- The margin should be (2,5cm)

- It shouldnt exceed 250 words
- The keywords shouldn't exceed 6 keywords
- The title of the file = surname+name+Affiliationof the author
- The file should containe: phone number,email,
Oral Presentation Guidelines
- Oral presentations are 15 to 20 minutes long, followed by 5 minutes for questions.
- The presentation must be given by one of the authors or co-authors.
- Presenters may use their own laptop or the room's PC .
- Please bring your laptop or a USB flash drive with the presentation in advance.
- A conference volunteer will be available to assist with launching the presentation.
Virtual Presentation Guidelines
- Participants must submit both an abstract and a full paper for double-blind per review.
- A test session will be organized before the event to ensure smooth participation.
- Device: Desktop with webcam, mic, and headphones or a laptop.
- Presentations will be conducted via Google Meet.
- Each virtual presentation has a maximum of 20 minutes.
