Examinations for the Third Semester – Second Year Master’s (All Specializations) for the Academic Year 2025–2026

All Second-Year Master’s students (All Specializations) are hereby informed that Make-up Examinations will begin on 10 February 2026, in accordance with the attached timetable.

Instructions Governing the Conduct of Examinations

  • Students arriving more than thirty (30) minutes after the start of the examination shall not be permitted to sit for the examination.

  • Each student must present his/her Multi-Services Card prior to the commencement of each examination.

  • No student shall be allowed to leave the examination hall during the first thirty (30) minutes following the start of the examination.

  • Students shall not be permitted to re-enter the examination hall after having submitted their answer sheets.

  • Each student must bring the necessary tools and materials required for the examination.

  • The use of mobile phones or any other means of communication by students is strictly prohibited throughout the duration of the examination.

  • Invigilating faculty members must sign the examination report, and students must sign the attendance sheet.

  • Each student must submit his/her answer sheet to the invigilating faculty members, even if it contains no answers.

  • Students must comply with all instructions issued by the invigilating faculty members.

Any breach of the above-mentioned rules shall render the student concerned liable to appear before the Disciplinary Council.

  • Each student is required to carry his/her student card while sitting for examinations. In the event of loss, the student must submit a copy of a certificate of enrollment, together with a copy of an identity document (National Identity Card, Driver’s License, or Passport) and a recent personal photograph to the Head of Department for endorsement, pending the issuance of an official loss declaration by the competent authorities.

Any breach of the above-mentioned rules shall render the student concerned liable to appear before the Disciplinary Council.
