Announcement on internal transfers between faculties and institutes (2019/2020)

The Directorate of Pedagogy announces that the period of internal transfers (between faculties and institutes) for pre-2019 baccalaureate holders is set from 21 to 22 October 2019.

– Applications are to be submitted exclusively on the University’s website.

Internal transfers’ file:

The following file should be submitted at the level of the Directorate of Pedagogy after the application has been accepted.

01- 03 copies of the internal transfer form for pre-2019 baccalaureate (taken out after admission from the website from 23 to 24 October 2019).

02 – A copy of the baccalaureate score statement.

03 – A copy of the score statements of all years of study since the first registration at the university.

04 – Original Registration Certificate 2019/2020 + Student Card.

05 – Certificate of disciplinary status.

Important Notes:

– Missing and out-of-date files are not accepted.

– The process of accepting transfers is subject to the minimum averages for the year of obtaining the baccalaureate degree in addition to the possibility of having available pedagogical seats in the required specialization.

The results will be announced on October 23th, 2019
