♦️A coordination meeting was held yesterday, Wednesday, June 19, 2024, chaired by Professor Noura Moussa, the university director. The general secretary of the university, the vice-rector for postgraduate studies, the vice-rector for foresight, the vice-rector for external relations, the task officer at the director’s office, the head of the communication cell, and the head of security at the university attended the meeting.
♦️ After welcoming the attendees, the director addressed several essential points, starting with the security file.
♦️ The director initiated a crucial discussion on the university’s security file with the general secretary and the head of security. This discussion, which focused mainly on the fair and ongoing inventory of the university’s assets, underscored the paramount importance of safeguarding the university’s resources and equipment to benefit the university community.
♦️ The director, in a thoughtful discussion with the vice-rector for foresight, recommended focusing on virtual tours to enhance students’ interest in the university’s capabilities and specializations. She also stressed the need to adhere to ministerial instructions supporting the zero-paper policy in the registration of baccalaureate students.
♦️ The director then discussed the doctoral file, its progress in management, and the necessity for the university to be prepared with the necessary procedures to ensure the smooth conduct of this significant competition with the vice-rector for postgraduate studies.
♦️ She further discussed with the vice-rector for postgraduate studies the expected agreements and the follow-up of internships at the faculties and institutes.
The session concluded with a side discussion about the end of the academic year and the planned schedule for its conclusion.
