I am honored to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a communication from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad indicating that the Saudi side has announced the offering of long-term free educational scholarships for Algerian students. These scholarships are available in various disciplines at the doctoral level at Saudi universities under the program titled “Study in Saudi Arabia.”
