General secretary

As part of the explanation and clarification of the programme outlined by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on local workshops for the reform and modernization of the sector of higher education and scientific research, a meeting has been held in the Meeting Room of the University Directorate, on Wednesday, 07 June 2023, gathering members of the Regional Symposium of Universities of the East, permanent secretary of the Symposium, Professor Merzouk Bouchaar, and member of the Symposium Professor Mohamed Kaouane, with the officials and executives of Souk Ahras University under the supervision of Rector of the University  Professor  Noura  Moussa and in the presence of the gentlemen: The Secretary-General of the University, Vice-rector of the University in charge of Education in First and Second Cycle, Deans of Faculties, Directors of Institutes, official in charge of digitization strategy bureau, business incubator officer, Language Center officer, nine workshop officers in local sessions and Network Center Officer.

The meeting knew a constructive discussion and exchange of insights among the attendees from the heads of workshops, professors and officials
