Content | Education objectives: Required prior knowledge: Subject content: 1 Definitions: The importance of the Qur’an and its sciences in linguistic and literary studies. Definition of the Qur’an, book, revelation, miracle, prophet, revelation. 2 History of the Qur’an: 1- The revelation of the Qur’an, the beginnings of revelation, astrology... 3 2- The stages of compiling the Qur’an, the criteria for arranging the surahs and verses of the Qur’an (waqfy or ijtihad) 4 Components of the Qur’anic text: 1- The word, the phrase, the verse, the surah 5 2- The story The Qur’an, its characteristics, and objectives. 6 Contexts of the Qur’anic text: 1- The causal context: the reasons for the revelation 2.- The context of place: Mecca and Medina 7 3- The hierarchical context: the first and last of what was revealed, the abrogated and the abrogated 8 4- The pragmatic context: (Qur’anic readings, their concept, types, wisdom thereof) 9 Methods of interpretation and their criticism: 1- The meaning of interpretation, interpretation and explanation, the conditions of the interpreter (scientific and subjective), the history of interpretation, (during the era of the Companions, the Successors and the era of codification) 10 2- Interpretation according to the hadith: its characteristics, its signs, its criticism. Interpretation by opinion: its signs, its criticism 11 3- Linguistic interpretation: its characteristics, its signs, its criticism 12 4- Graphic and literary interpretation: its characteristics, its signs, its criticism 13 The Qur’anic miracle: 1- The linguistic and declarative miracle 14 2- The informational and legislative miracle Evaluation method: The works are evaluated Directed continuously throughout the hexagram.
