This was done through participation and collaboration with the Algerian government and regional NGOs in identifying problems and challenges, as well as in developing policies and strategies.

The cooperation focused on implementing common goals and exchanging knowledge, research, and competencies both scientifically and culturally in general, as well as building joint training programs.
