Biography
Professor AbdelHamid Bachir, holds a PhD in Management Sciences, specializing in Human Resources Management. I currently hold the position of Assistant Professor at Mohamed Cherif Messaadia University in Souk Ahras, and am a researcher in the fields of entrepreneurship, human resources management, and digitalization.
