How to add scientific publications/conferences to your personal webpage
This tutorial is aimed for university lecturers showing them how to add their scientific papers whether accepted for conferences or journals to their personal webpages. In case you work for the university of Souk-Ahras and you don’t yet have an account, you need to register at the following address:
www.univ-soukahras.dz/en/secure/new
To add your publications, follow the steps below:
1 Click on the “Login” Link at the top navigation bar to access your private account.
2 Type in your email and password, Click “Login“.
3 Once you have logged in successfully, Click on the “Ajouter une Publication” Link on the right sidebar
4 Choose the type of publication : Journal, Conference or PhD Thesis
5 Type in the name of the authors
6 If the author is from the University of Souk-Ahras, type a few letters for his name and select it from the select box as shown below:
Don’t worry about the generated number as it’s the ID of the author.
7 Complete filling the other required fields including title, name of the conference of journal….
8 You need to type the abstract of the article
9 You have to upload to pdf or word document of the article now by clicking Browse, select the article from your computer.
10 In case this research paper is done within a research laboratory, you need to select it :
11 It’s all done, you can click the button “Ajouter a vos publications”
12 Your articles would get better indexed and even CITED by researchers !
