ملخص الدراسة :
نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز واقع تطبيق أساليب إدارة الأزمات لدى العاملين بالمركب الرياضي لولاية سو أهراس، والتعرف كذلك على الفروق الاحصائية في استجابات أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير الجنس، كما نسعى للتعرف على الفروق الاحصائية في استجابات أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، والتعرف على الفروق الاحصائية في استجابات أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، حيث قمنا باستخدم المنهج الوصفي ،وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من30 عاملا بديوان المركبات الرياضية بولاية سوق أهراس، حيث تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة مسحية، كما تم استخدام استمارة الاستبيان الالكتروني على المفحوصين كأداة للدراسة ،وأهم النتائج المتوصل إليها مايلي- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05> α لاستجابات أفراد العينة نحو أساليب إدارة الأزمات تعزى لمتغير الجنس.
-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05> α لاستجابات أفراد العينة نحو أساليب إدارة الأزمات تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي.

Abstract:
Through this study, we aim to highlight the reality of applying crisis management methods to workers in service Personnel to the Multisport Composite, and to identify as well the statistical differences in the responses of the sample members due to the gender variable. The responses of the sample members are due to the variable of years of experience, as we used the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of 30 workers at the Office of Multisport Composite in the Wilaya of Souk Ahras. The following:
- There are statistically significant differences at the significance level of α ≥0.05 for responses of respondents towards crisis management methods due to the gender variable.
- There were no statistically significant differences at the significance level of α ≥ 0.05 for the responses of the sample individuals towards crisis management methods due to the scientific qualification variable.
- There are statistically significant differences at the significance level of α ≥ 0.05 for the responses of the sample individuals towards crisis management methods due to the years of experience variable.
