تعاظم الاهتمام بمفهوم إدارة المعرفة في العديد من الاقتصاديات المتقدمة والنامية على حد سواء، لاسيما بعد ادراك أهمية المعرفة بوضعها موجودا مهما في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسات ودورها في التحول الكبير نحو الاقتصاد المعرفي الذي يرتكز على الاستثمار في الموجودات الفكرية غير الملموسة أكثر من تركيزه على الموجودات الملموسة. ولتحقيق النجاح في تطبيق إدارة المعرفة يجب فهم متطلبات تطبيق إدارة المعرفة أو ما يطلق عليها بالبنية التحتية لإدارة المعرفة وهي كالتالي: الثقافة التنظيمية، الموارد البشرية، القيادة، البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات.

Abstract:
The growing interest about the concept of knowledge management in many developed economies and developing countries alike, particularly, perceiving the importance of knowledge as an important asset at the achievement of businesses’ foals and its role at the transition into knowledge based-economy which is depending on the immaterial and intangible assets rather than the tangible ones. In order to achieve the succession at knowledge management’s implementation its first important to understand and provide the necessary requirements or what is known as the knowledge management’s infrastructure which is related to organizational culture, human resource, leadership, information and communication technology’s infrastructure.
