Abstract
This study investigates the effectiveness of incorporating songs as an educational tool in oralclasses to enhance vocabulary learning and promote spoken communication among foreign language learners.The primary objective is to examine the impact of song listening during oral expression classes on auditory memory and the psychology of music as contributors to better vocabulary acquisition. The research is guided by three main research questions, focusing on the influence of songs on vocabulary memorization, spoken communication, andthe improvement of auditory memory. Based on these questions, hypotheses propose that integrating songs in oral expression classes has positive effects on students\' vocabulary learning, promotes spoken communication, and improves auditory memory. The researchmethodology utilizes a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis. The study employs exploratory mixed methods, incorporating qualitative data collection through observations and quantitative data collection through experiments. The study population consists of first-year middle school classes ofLarbiLyachi BenMohhamed, with a sample size representing 30% of the total population. The findings of this study have the potential to revolutionize language instruction, offering practical insights and guidance for educators and learners alike.
