Mohamed Cherif Messaadia University – Souk Ahras announces the opening of applications for registration for the 2026-2027 academic year for holders of a baccalaureate obtained before 2026 who have not previously completed any university registration since obtaining their baccalaureate and who fall within the University’s designated geographical area.
