The Sub-Directorate of Personnel and Training informs elected staff members serving as representatives on the various Joint Administrative Committees -staff representatives only- that they may submit their candidacy for the renewal of the Wilaya Appeals Committee for Staff Affairs, in accordance with the procedures set forth in Executive Decree No. 20-199 dated 25 July 2020, concerning Joint Administrative Committees, Appeals Committees, and Technical Committees within public institutions and administrations.
