Announcement to apply for Master degree 2019/2020

 

Mohammed Cherif Messaadia Souk Ahras University announces the starting of the application process for Bachelor’s degree holders, who are newly graduated from the university of Mohammed Cherif Messaadia -Souk  Ahras in 2018-2019 in order to enroll in the accredited specialties for the academic year 2019-2020 according to the available pedagogical seats. Those wishing to apply should submit their applications exclusively on the University’s Web site:

Phase 1:

  1. Announcement, through the faculty website, of the classification of bachelor degree’s graduates for each (field/specialization). It is based on the deliberations’ results and according to merit: From October 17th, 2019 to October 22nd, 2019.
  1. The recourses period: from October 20th, 2019 to October 24th, 2019 at 4 pm at the department.
  2. Announcement, through the faculty Website, of the final classification of the bachelor degree’s graduates for each (field/specialization). This classification is based on the results of deliberations and according to merit; it will be on October 26th, 2019. (A copy will be sent to the Directorate of Pedagogy in October 27th, 2019).

Phase 2:  (application and orientation):

  1. Filing the application form through the University’s Website: from October 27th, 2019 to October 28th, 2019 at 4 pm.
  2. Announcement of orientation results: October 29th, 2019
  3. Organizing the first direct orientation session and insisting on the attendance of accepted candidates. A session is devoted to each field (schedule): 29-30 October 2019. Attendance of the concerned student or his designee (an approved nominal agency) for the orientation session is compulsory.
  4. Announcement, through the faculty’s website, of the classification and orientation PV signed by the committee members: on October 31st, 2019. (A copy of the transcript should be sent to the Directorate of Pedagogy on the same day).
  5. Final registrations at the department level: From November 3rd, 2019 to November 4th,2019.
  6. Supplementary orientation session for backup lists to replace succeeded candidates who have not registered for final registration will be on: November 5th, until November 6th, 2019. The attendance of the concerned student or his/her designee (certified nominal agency) for the orientation session is mandatory.
  7. Final registrations of backup list candidates at the department: from November 6th, 2019 to November 7th, 2019.

Study starts on November 10th , 2019

 The final registrations file (department-level):

– The original certificate of the Bachelor’s degree, stamped and returned to the candidate + a copy of it.

– The registration form, filled out at the department level.

– The original version of the score statements for the whole years (from the first registration until the certificate is obtained) + a copy of the descriptive supplement.

– A copy of the baccalaureate.

– 03 photographs.

– Registration fees: 200 DA.

– Disciplinary status certificate.

P.S:

1- For the mentioned categories in Article 7 (20%) From decree n° 363 of June 9th, 2014, which includes the conditions for enrolling in university studies to obtain a Master degree, they are ensured by the platform (PROGRES) assigned to it.

2- For the category of graduates working in the economic and social sector and who have a convention with the University, they are called to submit the application file directly at the level of Pedagogy Directorate of The University from October 20th , 2019 to October 22nd , 2019.
