Clarification on participation in international scientific forums

All participants, professors and students in scientific events of an international nature, which are held in person or via remote lecture technology, from inside or outside the country without notification or authorization of authorized bodies at the level of their university and research institutions, are required to obtain prior authorization from the university institution, even if the latter does not fall within the short-term mobility program.
