Mohamed Cherif Messaadia University – Souk Ahras announces the opening of applications for second-cycle enrollment (First-Year Master’s and Second-Year Master’s (Bachelor’s +4 and Bachelor’s +5)) for the 2026/2027 academic year, in the accredited specializations and subject to the available pedagogical seats, during the period from 12 July 2026 to 25 July 2026.

Eligible applicant categories:
- 80% category: Current graduates of Mohamed Cherif Messaadia University (Class of 2025/2026).
- 20% category, including:
- Recent LMD Bachelor’s graduates from other higher education institutions.
- Former LMD Bachelor’s graduates of Mohamed Cherif Messaadia University.
- Former LMD Bachelor’s graduates from other higher education institutions.
- Graduates of the classical system (Bachelor’s +4 and Bachelor’s +5).
- Graduates of the University of Continuing Education holding an LMD Bachelor’s degree (Classes of 2023/2024, 2024/2025, and 2025/2026).
- Holders of a recognized foreign Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
