The Vice-Rectorate for External Relations, Cooperation, Communication, and Scientific Events at Mohamed Cherif Messaadia University announces, in accordance with the decision of the Directorate Council held on 15 March 2026, the opening of applications for the Short-Term Mobility Program Abroad for the 2026 fiscal year.
The program is open to faculty members, doctoral students, and administrative and technical staff of the university, and has been updated in accordance with the provisions of the new ministerial decree.
