The Directorate of Human Resources of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces to all Lecturers “Class A” the opening of the fifty-fourth (54th) session of the National University Commission.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 50 of Executive Decree No. 08-130 of 03 May 2008, containing the Basic Statute of the Teacher-Researcher, as amended and supplemented, Lecturers “Class A” who can prove five (05) years of effective service in this rank may submit their applications.
All applicants are hereby informed that the scientific admissibility of application files is subject to the minimum criteria according to the candidate’s field of specialization, after fulfilling one of the specified options. As for pedagogical and scientific works, they shall be evaluated according to the evaluation grid established by the National University Commission, which can be consulted on the Ministry’s official website:

The period for submitting applications through the digital platform has been set from Monday, 25 May 2026 to Saturday, 13 June 2026.
