The Human Resources Directorate of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs all Associate Lecturers (Class “B”) and Research Professors (Class “B”) about the opening of the 8th Cycle for University Habilitation.
Pursuant to Article 45 of Executive Decree N° 08-13 dated May 3, 2008, concerning the Basic Law of Research Professors, as amended and supplemented, and Article 57 of Executive Decree N° 08-131 dated May 3, 2008, concerning the Basic Law of Permanent Researchers, as amended and supplemented, eligible Associate Lecturers (Class “B”) and Research Professors (Class “B”) may submit their applications for University Habilitation.
Applications must meet the legal regulations specified in Executive Decree N° 21-1500 dated January 28, 2021, which sets the conditions and procedures for obtaining University Habilitation, as well as the articles of Decision N° 804 dated July 14, 2021, as amended and supplemented, which specify the implementation of the regulations related to obtaining University Habilitation.

The period for submitting applications via the digital platform has been set
from Wednesday, December 10, 2025, to Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
