The Directorate of Human Resources at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces to all Associate Lecturers (Class “A”), the opening of the Fifty-Third (53) Session of the National University Committee. Pursuant to Article 50 of Executive Decree N° 08-130 dated May 3, 2008, concerning the Basic Law of Research Professors, as amended and supplemented, Associate Lecturers (Class “A”) who can substantiate five years of actual service in this capacity are eligible to submit their candidacy.
It is also brought to the attention of all applicants that the scientific acceptance of applications is subject to minimum criteria according to the candidate’s area of specialization, based on meeting one of the specified options. As for pedagogical and scientific work, they will be examined in accordance with the evaluation framework established by the National University Committee, which can be viewed on the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s website: www.mesrs.dz (in both Arabic and foreign languages).
