The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the organization of a competitive examination for admission to the third cycle (Doctorate) within the framework of National Doctoral Schools in “Visibility Promotion”, for the 2025-2026 academic year, to be held at five universities: Setif 1 University, Houari Boumediene University of Science and Technology, Tlemcen University, Annaba University, and Sidi Bel Abbes University.
The contest will take place during the period from 20 to 31 January 2026, with the implementation of a fully digital approach.
Applications for the competition and confirmation of choices by candidates shall be submitted exclusively via the Integrated Information System, from 13 to 22 December 2025, through the following link:
