The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a scholarship offer from the League of Arab States for pursuing a PhD program at the Institute of Arabic Manuscripts.
This opportunity is intended for university library staff interested in the field of manuscript heritage, teaching staff, as well as students and graduates of various faculties and universities.
After confirming their registration, applicants are required to submit their application files as specified in the attached document. The files must be compiled into a single compressed folder for each institution and submitted no later than 10 September 2026.
