Scientific outing

🔰As part of the practical application of the Food Technology 1 course, third-year Food Science students took a scientific outing to the Zaklait dairy in Beji, under the supervision of Dr. Nasrine Grairia and Dr. Najet Khacha.
🔰During this visit, the students learned about the various stages of milk production and its derivatives, industrial processing and packaging techniques, as well as aspects related to quality control and food safety within the dairy plant.
🔰 This outing aims to connect the theoretical aspect with the practical one and enhance students’ skills in understanding the field of food industries.
