Opening of the workshop “Cheese Making”

The practical workshop on organised cheese production was inaugurated on the morning of Monday, November 3, 2025, by the Department of Food Science at the Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences, aimed at third-year students specialising in Food Science.

The workshop activities began with a welcoming speech by Dr. Menasria Amal on behalf of the Dean of the Faculty, as well as a speech by Dr Houam Linda, Deputy Director for Postgraduate Studies.

The opening day also included a lecture on milk and cheese production methods presented by Dr Fettouhi Aouatif.
