Biography

July 2020: Upgraded to Professor degree
May 2014: Upgraded to Associate Professor degree.
July 2009: Ph.D. Degree from INSA de Lyon (France) and from Constantine University (Algeria).
Since 2004: Teaching physics at Souk-Ahras university.
March 2003: Master degree in Materials Science (Constantine University).
Research interests: Photovoltaics, photonics, semiconductor device modelling.
