Abstract

In recent decades, developing countries are experiencing social upheaval
spectacular.
As a result, the populations concerned are becoming more aware of their rights every day.
legitimate in medical care.
Galloping demography and medical care failing many times exercise in their turns
an exacerbated need for modern health infrastructure.
Moreover, the heritage of sanitary equipment bequeathed by the former colonizer, although restructured,
rearranged somehow is for a long time exceeded by the demand of day by day more
citizens.
Faced with these concerns, confirmed by alarming official reports, we were led to
look at a method of designing health infrastructures with techniques adapted to our
needs and our problems to meet on the one hand the requirements of the progression of medicine
and on the other hand, solve problems of flexibility and adaptability over time with efficiency
important both technically and economically.
This research will allow us to refine a methodological approach of rationalization of a
industrialized and open construction system for the realization of mother and child complexes
considering the increased need in this particular area.
