Abstract

دف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار مدى تأثير نظام حوكمة الشركات على تحسين الأداء المالي في شركة توزيع
الكهرباء و الغاز للشرق مديرية التوزيع سوق ا هراس، حيث تناولنا الموضوع من مختلف الجوانب النظرية من
خلال الكتب و الدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بحوكمة الشركات و الأداء المالي كما تم جمع البيانات الأولية من خلال
استبيانه تم توزيعها على مجتمع الدراسة و الذي يتكون من محاسبين و ماليين و موظفين و ر ؤساء المصالح و
الأقسام في شركة توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز للشرق مديرية التوزيع سوق أهراس، حيث تم استرداد 30 استبيان من
في تحليل البيانات و اختبار الفرضية الرئيسة للدراسة. spss 35 الموزعة، كما استخدمنا البرنامج الإحصائي
وقد توصلنا إلى نتيجة أساسية مفادها أن المؤسسة الاقتصادية محل الدراسة تطبق مبادئ نظام حوكمة
الشركات و أن تأثيره ايجابيا نوعا ما على تحسين الأداء المالي.

Abstract:
This study aims at examining the impact of the corporate governance system on improving
the financial performance of the electricity and gas Distribution Company, where we dealt the
subject from different theoretical aspect through books and previous studies on the corporate
governance and financial performance, the preliminary data was collected through to
questionnary distributed the study community, which consists of accountants, eemployees and
heads of departments in the electricity and gas distribution, directorate souk ahras “Société
De Distribution De l’Electricité et De Gaz De L’Este, Direction De Distribution De SOUK
AHRAS” , thirty of the 35 questionnaires were retirieved and we used the spss system
program to analayze the data and test the main hypothesis of the study, and we have come to
the conclusion that the economic institution under study applies the principles of the corporate
governance system and that it has a positive effect on improving financial performance.
