The renewable energy resources are of paramount importance in our lives, as an alternative to the inevitable because of different environmental problems and caused by traditional energy, where it became the integration of renewable energies is inevitable, in order to achieve sustainable development, renewable energies will become more attractive in the future, especially with the marked increase in fossil fuel prices and this entrance has become necessary to find new outlets to develop strategies for dealing with the problem of financing the exploitation of renewable energy Algeria also sought in turn to the development and promotion of renewable energies within several national programs from national capabilities in this area with a view to the development and utilization of renewable energies in order to serve the objectives of development.
