Abstract : Sustainable development aims primarily to improve the quality of human life, but not at the expense of the environment, in a rational manner and optimal use of natural resources, especially non-renewable energy resources, has always lain requires thinking on the theoretical and applied level because of the size of their importance in how to reach the best ways and innovative mechanisms of financing economic development in order to achieve efficient use of, on the one hand, and from another angle that the emphasis on the pursuit of the world in how to rationalize the use of energy to ensure sustainable development that allows to the rational exploitation of natural resources to preserve the greatest amount of future generations.
