Abstract
ملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة النظريّة إلى تسليط الأضواء على أهم وأبرز النظريات المعاصرة في الصراع وإدارة الصراع بشقيه الاجتماعي والإداري، حيث ركّزنا جليا على ثلاث أقطاب رئيسيّة في هذا المجال كان لها باع نظري علمي في الصراع الاجتماعي والإداري، وهم آلان توران Alain Touraine و بيار بورديو Pierre Bourdieu و ميشال كروزيه Michel Crozier .
حيث حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة أن نعطي أهم النقاط الأساسيّة لتشكل الصراع في الجماعات الاجتماعية، أسابه والمتغيرات التي تحيط به، ثم أساليب الإحاطة والإدارة التي يطرحها المعطى النظري لكل نظريّة على حدا.
كلمات مفتاحيّة: الصراع - العنف الرمزي– رأس المال الثقافي – منطقة اللايقين – هامش الحريّة.
Abstract
This paper aims to shed light on the most important and contemporary theories of conflict and conflict management in both social and administrative aspects. We focused on three main poles in this field, which had a scientific theory of social and administrative conflict. They are Alain Touraine and Pierre Bourdieu and Michel Crozier.
In this study we tried to give the most important points to form the conflict in the social groups, and the variables surrounding it, and then the methods of briefing and management presented by the theoretical premise of each theory.
Keywords: Conflict - Symbolic violence - Cultural capital - The margin of freedom.
