Abstract
Abstract
Maintaining air quality in a region necessary for the detection and estimation of pollution.Given that our study area was lacking in physical sensors, expensive equipment for its installation we have used the bio-indication. Indeed Flora has lichénique properties Bio-indicators obvious. It can sometimes be a substitute for physical sensors that require a continuous binding. For about five decades, many methods have been developed. Some of them have a qualitative approach to assess the degree of pollution from field observations. Others are based on quantitative formulas mathematics involving different parameters related to the flora lichénique. Of all these methods of studies on the bio-indicators of air pollution by plants lichénique, we opted for a quantitative approach based on calculating a pollution index, the result of mathematical formulas using various parameters relating to the flora lichens. This is the index of atmospheric purity (IAP). This approach allowed us to establish a mapping of air pollution and global Skikda its periphery (Haddaiek, Krouma Hamadi, HamadiHamrouche, Larbi Ben M'Hidi) and its geographical variations. We have identified areasaround isopollutions different sources represented by the households in the urban
area of Skikda and traffic.
