Abstract
الملخّص:
من خلال هذه الورقة البحثيّة أردنا تسليط الضوء على مفهوم التنظيم في النسق الكلاسيكي وبدايات التنظير الجادة لهذه الظاهرة، عند كل من كارل ماركس وماكس فيبر وروبرت ميشلز، في محاولة منّا لتفسير السلوكات التنظيميّة وربطها بالأطر التاريخية والسوسيولوجية القائمة آنذاك.
كما يُعتبر الاتجاه البيروقراطي للتنظيم عند هؤلاء من أهم المقاربات السوسيولوجية للتنظيم في النظرية الكلاسيكية رغم المحاولات الحديثة في قراءة الواقع من خلال هذه المقاربات بطريقة جديدة.

Abstract:
In this paper we wanted to highlight the concept of regulation in the classical style
and the beginnings of serious theorization of this phenomenon, in both Karl Marx and Max
Weber and Robert Michels, in an attempt to explain organizational behavior and link it to the
historical and sociological frameworks of the time.
The bureaucratic orientation of the organization is one of the most important
sociological approaches to organization in classical theory, despite recent attempts to read
reality through these approaches in a new way.
