Abstract
This work is subscribed among one of the studies dealing with oral and written skills which are an important basis of linguistic structure of the learner.
This research resulted and achieve after a set of remarks made around finding realized in written expression. We have tried, through the stages of our experience to emphasize on oral expression techniques. That's through two stages, we arrived to argue that is a necessary technique to accomplish written expression process.
certainly, the interaction between oral and writing skills participate for the improving of the quality of learners production. This thesis explicitly describes the factors which must be acquired by the learner so as to manage the means that seem helpful to produce a piece of writing in order to achieve good results.
Finally, teachers should adapt themselves and be familiar with new reforms of Algerian educational system that are applied during the previous years in order to assume the responsibility of teaching such programs in secondary schools in general, and written expression teaching in particular.
