Abstract
-
This report concerns an analysis of the various notions of prefabrication and the constructive systems intended for several manners and more particularly on the contribution of elements prefabricated in the constitution of a facade with ecological and economic characteristics in energy, that said "Intelligent".
The search(research) allows to understand(include) the main characteristics of the facade of
the constructive, formal and spatial points of view and to demonstrate the interest of credit
note of the active, ecological facades and which respect the environment.
In the first part (party), our work consisted in raising(drawing up) a general idea on the world of the industry and the various prefabricated constructive systems. Secondly, a whole part is concentrated on a deep study on the concept of "wall" and "facade" as well as an analysis on the spatial and constructive organization of facades, their stakes and their typology. The accent is put by advantage on the study of the various types of intelligent
facade of the constructive point of view and the energy consumption.
Finally and has the end to demonstrate the thermal and energy decreases caused by the
envelope of buildings(ships), a small analysis with simple calculations on the transfer of heat is made on an administrative block ( the vice-chancellorship) of the university of Souk Ahras, this last one dressed in a wall curtain, offers a possibility of making a comparison,
quoted(esteemed) consumptions and energy earnings(gains) between a wall curtain with simple glazing and the other one double-glazed.
The results present in the last part of this report, demonstrate that the rational use of a wall curtain with modern techniques is an interesting alternative because of the environmental requirements associated with the reduction of the energy consumption and, can be, use effectively innovative facades at the end to assure(insure) a comfortable internal climate, a sound protection and a quality lighting, a fascinating transparency and a remarkable aesthetics, while decreasing the energy demand(request) of the auxiliary equipments.
