Abstract
ملخص: باعتبار الجامعة كيان اجتماعي يتفاعل مع المحيط، يؤثر و يتأثّر له حدود واضحة المعالم، وله فاعلين يتفاعلون في نسيج اجتماعي تربوي وجب تسليط الضوء علي هذا الكيان الحسّاس في المجتمع، و كون الأفراد فيه تختلف ظروفهم الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و الثقافية والتي ترسم بشكل عام علاقتهم مع بعضهم البعض و علاقتهم بالآخرين. و باعتبار الأستاذ هو عماد هذا الكيان الاجتماعي لأنه لصلاح الأستاذ تصلح هذه العملية وجب تسليط الضوء علي الفاعل الرئيسي من خلال دراسة الصراع وإدارة الصراع الذي يجد الأستاذ نفسه في عملية حتميّة لوضع نفسه في خيارات تجعله يدافع عن نفسه وعن وجوده ، فينساق الكثيرون وراء الصراعات تاركين المهمة الأساسيّة ألا وهي التدريس فيبقى الطالب بين مد وجزر بين الحاجة إلى النجاح ، وقانون اللعبة الذي يتكلم عنه ميشال كروزي M. Crozier فيمتلك الطالب هامشا للحرية ليستفيد من الوضع وينجح بأقل جهد.

Abstract: As the university is a social structure that interacts with the environment, it influences and is influenced by its clearly defined boundaries, it has actors that interact in the social and educational fabric, this sensitive structure must be implemented. in society, and its individuals are different in their economic, social and cultural conditions, and as the university teacher is the mainstay of this social structure, and as the latter is a major player, we must highlight conflict studies and conflict management within the university using Mr. Crozier's approach.
